Setting up a Raspberry Pi cluster sounds like a pretty simple affair, right? You just plug them all in, plug in the networking, and away you go!

It is easy enough if you want a bunch of independent, unsecured Linux computers running on a network... but if you want to provision them correctly—assigning specific IP addresses, setting them with proper machine names and security settings—then there's a little more involved.
